*This position is currently a 12 month CONTRACT (possibility of extending to 18 months) START= Mid August 2026
Work Location= Hybrid (2-3 days at home) / Office combination (EDMONTON, AB)

Permanent Salary & Bonus potential $57,000-$60,000/year Bonus: An estimated $5,000-$10,000K for the 1st year
Responsibilities Identify client prospects in need of Randstad’s Business Professional workforce services & solutions- temporary and permanent positions (Administration, Accounting Clerks, A/P, A/R, Marketing, HR Admin etc) (50% of the day) Effectively source, recruit, interview, and select candidates (50% of the day) Main POC- build strong relationships with hiring managers Create partnerships through various channels of communication with key decision-makers Execute the activities that will gain results (lots of calls, virtual & on-site client meetings) Listen to diagnose the workforce gaps that are limiting a client’s potential Negotiate pricing to ensure maximum return on quality solutions Offer innovative and creative employment solutions
Qualifications Minimum 1-3 years of proven sales experience (B2B sales, retail, hospitality, staffing etc) Strong history of being the best at whatever you have done in the past Technically competency and the ability to connect with others Track record of delivering results in a sales metrics-driven environment Experience and quick adaptability utilizing digital tools and Google Suite applications Passion for results, resilience, self-confidence, self driven and the desire to do an exceptional job Must have a car (we pay for mileage) Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required) Possess a natural curiosity and relentless determination to make things happen - you like to WIN!
