We specialize in high-quality loungewear and apparel that blends comfort with style — think soft hoodies, perfect-fit sweatpants, effortless tees, long sleeves, camis, and more. Our collections are fun, feminine, and made to move with you. With a strong focus on fabric, fit, and construction, every piece is thoughtfully created to flatter and feel amazing. We are growing our team and looking for a creative, hands-on Assistant Fashion Designer to play a key role in bringing our collections to life.
What You'll Be Doing
Create and develop detailed flat sketches in Illustrator based on garment measurements and construction details Receive, measure, and evaluate samples against specifications — flagging discrepancies and following up directly with overseas suppliers Build and maintain tech packs, collection boards, and accessory files including hangtags, zippers, trims, and logos Manage and organize sample tracking across seasonal collections Assist in the preparation of colors, styles, and collections each season Design graphics and wordmarks for application across styles Contribute styling ideas and outfit inspirations for the marketing department Support photoshoots and styling, ensuring brand consistency throughout
What We're Looking For
Diploma in Fashion Design or a related field 2–3 years of hands-on experience in fashion design Confident measuring garments and working with technical specifications — this is a core part of the day-to-day Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel Experience communicating with overseas factories and suppliers is a strong asset Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed — someone who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment A genuine fashion sense and ability to work within an established brand aesthetic Experience with photoshoots and styling is a strong asset Experience with Figma or AI design tools is a plus
