Job Summary Reporting to the VP, Regional Sales, the Account Manager brings a solid understanding of relationship building and product knowledge to enhance the customer experience and increase market share. The role will be accountable for Edmonton and surrounding area.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute quarterly territory sales plans to grow market share.
- Expand and deepen customer relationships through in person and virtual meetings.
- Provide superior internal and external service to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Sagen products/services.
- Identify and fulfill training needs for account base through group presentations.
- Leverage data to drive impactful conversations.
- Ongoing and consistent usage of CRM tool to manage the sales cycle.
- Ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
Skills And Qualifications
- University degree, preferably in business
- Minimum 3 years sales experience in the financial services industry (preferably mortgage lending)
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques (in particular relationship selling), and customer management
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, communication, and computer (MS Office) skills
- Ability to produce results with minimum supervision, in a fast-paced change environment
- Organizational and problem solving / analytical skills
- Remote position with travel required within region
