Scandinavian Building Services has been a Canadian leader in retail and commercial cleaning for the last 60 years. Starting as a small family owned and operated business in Edmonton Alberta in 1982 to offering full service janitorial and building maintenance across Canada today. We attribute our success to staying true to our core values of Service, Motivate, Respect, and Connect. As we continue to grow we are looking to add a Supply Chain Coordinator to the Scandi Family! This is a contract position ending August 2027. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm with a 1-hour lunch (30 minutes paid and 30 minutes unpaid) Located in our head office-this role is an in office position.

What your day to day will look like

You will be reporting into the Vice President of Procurement. Responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed reports on all repairs and inspections. Work with our vendors to maintain warranty repairs follow up with equipment vendors to have them completed properly. Assist our asset manager with the tracking of company assets and plan repairs if required. Respond to inquiries from our managers in the field and provide up to date information regarding the status of repair requests, etc.

Complete monthly reports and complete other documentation as needed

Occasionally operate a forklift What you’ll need to succeed: 1 to 3 years industry experience or related customer service experience required Excellent communication skills Previous experience working with equipment, a repair shop or mechanics Ability to build strong relationships with our partners and service providers to ensure clients receive the best care possible.
