Make an impact with our Cyber Risk Management team as a Senior Consultant Cyber Risk. This diverse team of tech-savvy problem solvers enables clients to take a proactive and prepared approach to prevent cyber crime and capitalize on new technologies and innovations available with cloud solutions. As a subject matter expert, you’ll advise clients on data security to help prevent potential security breaches before they occur.

Responsibilities

  • Scoping and defining payment systems and payment flows across multiple channels for our diverse client base
  • Conducting various information security, compliance assessments, analyses, and providing advice and consultation (e.g. technical recommendations , Risk Assessments, Gap Analysis, Report on Compliance, Self Assessment Questionnaires and more)
  • Lead meetings, chair conference calls, action follow-ups, and proactively interact with clients to move projects forward to ultimate completion
  • Creating professional reports for our clients that detail your assessment findings, and your advice
  • Consulting with clients to help them understand our findings and their remediation options
  • Providing advisory and input on security architecture with regards to PCI, Privacy, and Cyber Security
  • Present assessment results to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Monitor project timelines against targets and adjust where necessary; advise clients of project status and issues within a timely manner

Skills and Experience

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, computer science or a related field
  • Minimum four (4) years of experience in cyber security
  • CISSP, CISA, CISM and/or other related certifications
  • Eligible to complete PCI QSA certification in 12 months or less
  • Understanding of IT security and governance frameworks, such as CIS, NIST, ISO 27001/2 and COBIT
  • Experience with various information security concepts, including; network and wireless security, application security, industry best practices, systems hardening, data encryption, data privacy, incident response, business continuity, physical security, risk assessments, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, file integrity monitoring, log monitoring, and documented security governance controls (i.e. policies, processes, standards, procedures)
  • Good understanding of Unix, Linux, Windows operating systems and databases
  • Good understanding of networking systems configurations, including firewalls
  • Good understanding of application architecture, software development lifecycle processes, including secure coding techniques
  • Good understanding of server and infrastructure virtualization technologies, and cloud implementations across AWS, Azure, GCP
  • Security Clearance considered an asset
  • Travel will be required at times
