We're Hiring: Business Development Executive
Location: Mississauga, ON
Job Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)
Salary: $50,000 – $80,000 per year (Negotiable based on experience)
Trimax Employment is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Mississauga. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the growth of a fast-paced staffing agency.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Manage and grow the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify growth opportunities. Meet and exceed sales targets while providing regular performance updates.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales. Proven experience managing the full sales cycle and closing deals. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Bachelor's degree is an asset. Experience with CRM systems is considered an advantage.
