POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Design Specialist is a mid-level professional with a strong engineering background and experience in managing technical documentation. The Project Design Specialist will play a key role in coordinating design activities, ensuring compliance with standards, and overseeing document control processes to maintain accuracy and integrity across all project deliverables.

- t.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, procurement, and production to resolve technical issue
- s.Manage and maintain engineering documentation, drawings, and specifications in accordance with company standard
- s.Implement and enforce document control procedures to ensure version accuracy and traceabilit
- y.Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to distribute and update document
- s.Provide actionable analysis on submissions performance metrics to project managers and leadershi
- p.Generate, customize, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports (e.g., document status, submission logs, overdue items, approval timeline
- s)Analyze submission and approval statuses. Provide clear, actionable analysis on document performance metrics to project managers and leadershi
- p.Maintain dashboards for real-time visibility of document control health across project
- s.Review and validate design documents for compliance with project requirements and industry standard
- s.Provide technical input during design reviews and assist in resolving engineering challenge
- s.Develop and maintain detailed schedules for document submissions, reviews, and approvals in alignment with project master schedule
- s.Forecast upcoming submission deadlines and resource requirements based on project phase
- s.Proactively identify potential delays in the document review cycle and propose mitigation strategie
- s.Coordinate with engineering, design, and construction teams to align document delivery with project milestone
- s.Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and quality management system
- s.Support audits and inspections related to document control and project engineering activitie
- s.Maintain and enforce the company's document control procedures and standard
- s.Ensure all document control activities comply with project-specific requirements, ISO standards, or other quality management system
- s.Manage document numbering, revisions, and archival processe
