Westwood Talents is hiring experienced management consulting professionals for an hourly, remote contract project.
You’ll help translate real consulting workflows into clear tasks, datasets, and evaluation criteria to improve AI systems’ reasoning and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Break down end-to-end consulting workflows (problem structuring → analysis → synthesis) into task specs and evaluation rubrics
- Review, edit, and benchmark AI-generated deliverables (market analyses, strategy decks, operating models, written recommendations)
- Create high-quality reference examples (issue trees, analyses, slides) aligned with consulting standards
- Identify gaps, weak assumptions, and errors; document failure modes and improvement guidelines
- Collaborate asynchronously via shared documents with clear written feedback
Ideal Qualifications
- 2+ years of management consulting experience (top-tier firm or strong boutique)
- Strong command of consulting fundamentals: problem definition, hypothesis-driven analysis, executive synthesis
- Excellent structured thinking and written communication
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel ; comfort with market sizing, financial/operating analysis, and qualitative research
Project Details
- Expected commitment: 10+ hours/week
- Deliverables-driven work with clear success criteria and support available as needed
