Responsibilities What You’ll Be Doing As part of your co-op experience, you’ll take on meaningful work that contributes directly to the success of our Facilities Reliability team. Here’s what your day-to-day could look like:
🔧 Support and Collaborate Work alongside the Reliability Engineer, Maintenance Inspector, Maintenance Quality Specialist, and Reliability Technologist to support and execute key tasks that keep our facilities running smoothly.
📊 Learn and Apply Industry Tools Get hands-on experience with Facilities Management systems and strategies, including the E1 Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, Equipment Monitoring, and the UPTIME methodology.
🚀 Lead Improvement Projects Take ownership of impactful projects—from safety and reliability initiatives to E1 system enhancements and capital asset turnover. You’ll even help set up new assets in E1.
📝 Report and Reflect Document your work and insights through clear, concise reports that help drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications What You Bring to the Team ✅ Currently enrolled in an engineering degree program.
📚 Strong academic performance that reflects your drive and dedication.
💼 0–2 years of work experience—we’re here to help you build it!
💻 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
🧠 Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
🗣️ Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
🌱 A demonstrated willingness to learn and grow alongside others.
🏅 Proven leadership in professional, academic, athletic, or community settings.
