About the role
Job Description As a Lead Advanced Security Service Technician here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage a team of field service technicians, providing technical guidance and support. Your expertise and leadership will drive the success of our field service operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our customers.
You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and the role will be based out of our Kanata, Ontario location reporting to one primary customer site 5-days a week.
In this role, you will impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency by ensuring that our field service team delivers high-quality service and technical support, thereby enhancing the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a team of field service technicians, providing technical guidance and support.
- Oversee field service operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Assist with scheduling field service technicians to meet customer demands and service level agreements.
Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on access control, security, CCTV, and advanced networking.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven leadership and team management skills.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in driving process improvements and implementing best practices.
- Ability to obtain and maintain top secret clearance- TSS
- Must have a valid Class G driver's license

The annual base salary range for this position is $90,000- $120,000 in Kanata, Ontario. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
