Knowledge on Support ITSM Incident Management, Application Support & Upgrade Support Diagnosis and Resolution Experience on Java J2ee programming SOAP based webservice and SQL for batch, Ex-poser to Spring, Hibernate, Unix, MKSS trust and JSF programming Providing production support to ap-plications running on Java and handling job abends knowledge on Autosys Acknowledge receipt and start to investigate, diagnose, and analyse the L3 application incident Cooperate with TD group for in-vestigation diagnosis and analysis of L3 application incident Provide temporary solution or a permanent solution to the incident which eliminates the root cause of the incident Documenting and Reporting For a Priority 1 or Priority 2 Incident, following receipt of incident, till the resolution of that incident Week-end on-call support Mainframe Platform - exposure to tools / products like JCL, PROCS, TSO, ISPF, z/OS, IBM utilities Exposure on Cobol and SAS programming Mainframe data structures, ability to ex-tract / manipulate data (use of VSAM, DB2)SAS technology - Data review, coding SAS scripts and ex-tracting reports Experience of working in a client support role Worked on support projects and resolved tickets within agreed Service Level Agreements Providing production support to applications running on Mainframes and handling job abends

The fundamental modules covered by BM-Cloud are accounting, inventory management, purchasing, sales, and HR/payroll systems. In other words, it is designed primarily to support businesses in the trading and retail sectors and includes all the essential components required for a firm to assist in decision-making.
