NewRoads Toyota Newmarket, a division of the NewRoads Automotive Group is hiring a Par****t-Time Shuttle Driver

Responsibilities of a Shuttle Driver

• Driving, rearranging and moving vehicles on the lot

• Inspecting and reporting any vehicular damages

• Maintaining lot security and cleanliness

• Verifying vehicle serial numbers for invoices

• Safely transporting customers to and from the dealership in a NewRoads shuttle when required

• Greeting service customers upon arrival

• Assisting in the management of service waiters

• Assuring a high level of customer satisfaction

• Greeting customers upon arrival and check-in vehicles to our Service Department

• Sanitizing customer vehicles on drop-off and pick-up

• Communicating with Service Advisors regarding customer appointment details

• Liaising between Service Advisors and staff throughout the dealership

• Being aware of shuttle bus schedules/availability to assist in coordinating drop-off and pick-up arrangements. Working closely with customers to ensure their shuttle needs are confirmed and fulfilled

• Assisting in lot organization when applicable.

• Efficiently and correctly promoting the dealership service department

• Assuring a high level of customer satisfaction

• Additional duties as required
