What Your Days Will Look Like
Prospect and develop new commercial business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital outreach, and in-person meetings. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects throughout the Lower Mainland. Identify opportunities within key industries, including construction, commercial real estate, retail, hospitality, property management, and light industrial. Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer operations, challenges, and security requirements. Present ECAM's intelligent security solutions, including live video monitoring, AI-powered surveillance, and Mobile Surveillance Units (MSUs). Prepare proposals, negotiate solutions, and move opportunities efficiently through the sales cycle.
What We're Looking For
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, prospecting, or another customer-facing role is preferred. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented with a passion for new business development. Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize effectively. Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications is considered an asset. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a high-performing sales team. Valid British Columbia driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
