About The Position
- We are searching for a permanent Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources team.
- PBC’s compensation program is built on a pay-for-performance philosophy, rewarding both individual and organizational achievements. The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 per year, with the starting salary determined based on a combination of skills, education, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, you’ll be eligible for our annual bonus program.

Key Ways This Position Makes An Impact The Talent Acquisition Partner will lead and execute end-to-end recruitment across all client groups, ensuring our hiring processes remain consistent, fair, and high-quality. By managing the full recruitment lifecycle, you’ll act as a champion for governance standards and a seamless candidate experience for every role across the organization.
In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, using evidence-based insights and workforce data to influence key talent decisions. By leading the execution of our enterprise Talent Acquisition strategy, you’ll ensure our hiring priorities stay perfectly aligned with the organization’s long-term goals and future workforce needs.
The Talent Acquisition Partner provides leadership and mentorship to a small, dedicated team, fostering a culture of motivation and open communication. By setting clear performance objectives and providing regular coaching, you’ll oversee the team’s career development and ensure we have the collective skills needed to meet our hiring goals.
This role contributes to strategic workforce planning and talent forecasting, helping the organization anticipate and prepare for evolving business needs. By identifying future talent gaps before they arise, you’ll ensure we have the right people in place to meet our long-term goals.
You will build enterprise capability by empowering hiring leaders with the tools they need for success. Through training in interviewing excellence, inclusive hiring, and assessment practices, you’ll help our leaders make confident, data-informed decisions that strengthen our teams.
You will harness recruitment technology and data-driven insights to build a modern, scalable hiring engine. By leveraging analytics and key performance metrics, you’ll continuously refine our talent strategies and manage vendor partnerships to ensure we’re always delivering maximum value and operational excellence.
The Talent Acquisition Partner will take ownership of our employer brand strategy, enhancing Pacific Blue Cross’s social media presence and market positioning. By developing targeted attraction strategies and innovative talent pipelines, you’ll help us stand out as a destination employer for top-tier talent.
Key Experiences You Bring To This Role
- Post-secondary education in HR, Business Administration, or related field; CPHR or in progress preferred.
- 5–8 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including 2–3 years in recruitment leadership and full-cycle recruitment in complex or fast-paced environments.
- Proven ability to advise senior leaders, influence stakeholders, and translate talent strategies into measurable business outcomes.
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, non-traditional pipeline development, recruitment technology (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools), data analysis, and process improvement.
- Strong leadership, coaching, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
