The Role

At AMS, we focus on skills, potential, and the ability to grow. We are looking for a French Talent Acquisition Specialist who brings strong capability in end to end recruitment and is motivated to contribute to real, measurable results.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll do:

• Apply your skills in negotiation in order to close candidates
• Use your sourcing skills to get the best candidates in the market
• Collaborate with your team and share best practices
• Ability to handle full recruitment process

• Demonstrated ability in sourcing and negotiating with candidates

• Strength in closing hard to fill roles

• Ability to work effectively in fast paced environment

• Strength in executive sourcing
