X/Celerant is seeking several full-time Management Consultants to join our team anywhere in Canada. The Management Consultant will be responsible for coaching shop floor level meetings in a manufacturing setting, installing metrics and installing LEAN tools. The Consultant will work side by side with the clients to ensure deliverables are met in a timely manner. Experience in these areas is a must. Do not apply if you do not have this prior experience, please. Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Operations Management Consulting for Senior Consultant roles
- 5-10 years of experience in Operations Management Consulting for Project Manager and Director roles
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or other related fields
- Demonstrated experience using LEAN tools in a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize duties effectively
- Experience in data analysis, project management, and/or supply chain management is a plus
- Demonstrated interest and understanding of operations strategy
- Authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship
- 100% travel required
- Physical requirements: ability to see, hear, and walk through manufacturing sites including some stairs
