About the role
Summary of Duties:
-
Orient and work alongside volunteers.
-
Daily loading, unloading, pick-up and delivery of donations, food stocks, hampers and items from donors.
-
Drive the agency vehicles for pickup of donations, delivery of goods and related duties.
-
Ensure that the truck is well maintained, and servicing is performed.
-
Ensure that all outside areas of the Food Bank are kept safe and clean.
-
Removal of unwanted items from the Food Bank and other SHARE Programs.
Qualifications Required:
-
Completion of Grade 12;
-
Two years of truck driving experience, with a clean driving record.

Good communication skills and good physical health. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs;
Post Closing date - May 18, 2026
Location: Port Moody
Start Date: Immediately
End Date: 6 months from start date or until the return of the incumbent
Hours of Work: 35 hours per week
Wage: $23.73 - $27.19
