About the Role:
Are you a creative and driven communicator passionate about television, storytelling, and engaging audiences? The Specialty Marketing team is looking for a dynamic Brand Associate to help plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns for Canada’s top Lifestyle and Factual broadcast networks.
Reporting to the Brand Manager, Marketing – Lifestyle, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring some of the biggest Lifestyle and Factual programs to life across on-air, digital, social, radio, and multi-platform channels. From managing campaign workflows to ensuring brand consistency, this is an exciting opportunity to support award-winning content and connect with millions of Canadian viewers each week.
You will contribute by:

Supporting the development and execution of strategic priorities for Corus’ Lifestyle brands.

Coordinating brand and tune-in campaigns across on-air, digital, social, multi-platform, and OOH channels.

Managing the delivery of media campaign assets to both external media vendors and Corus’ owned-and-operated (O&O) platforms, ensuring all files meet technical requirements, deadlines, and quality standards.

Maintaining organized campaign delivery workflows, documentation, and version control to support flawless paid campaign execution.

Leading day-to-day project management of campaign deliverables, including timelines, work-back schedules, approvals, and cross-functional alignment.

Collaborating with in-house Creative, Media, PR, Social, Digital, On-Air Promotion, Sales, and Programming teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Acting as a brand steward across all consumer touchpoints, ensuring assets are on-brand, on-strategy, and aligned with network positioning.

Preparing and distributing campaign briefs, asset lists, and production documentation for internal teams and external partners.

Tracking campaign performance, monitoring insights, and supporting post-campaign reporting to inform future planning.

Maintaining marketing grids, campaign trackers, and asset libraries to ensure visibility and accuracy across teams.

Staying current on entertainment, marketing, digital, and audience consumption trends to inform creative and strategic thinking.

Supporting brainstorms and ideation sessions for new show launches, priority campaigns, and premiere strategies.
Skills and experience you will bring:
- Post-secondary education in Marketing/Communications or equivalent
- 2-4+ years of experience in Marketing, Broadcasting, Agency, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative, media, PR, social, or production partners.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns, including on-air, social, digital, CTV/OTT, and multi-platform executions.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and coordinate multiple teams and deadlines simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Solid experience writing marketing or creative briefs that drive clarity and alignment.
- Familiarity working with creative or production teams to deliver a variety of media assets (on-air, digital, social, video, radio, and display).
- Strong organization skills with experience developing timelines, work-backs, or project management documents.
- Data-driven mindset with the curiosity to analyze performance, extract insights, and apply learnings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word; experience with SharePoint is an asset.
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external partners.
- A “big picture” perspective, yet willing to “roll up the sleeves” and do whatever it takes to get the job done.
- Passion for television, entertainment marketing, and audience engagement.
