The Role, Your Impact:
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will be:
- Ensure the sales and promotion of Olymel products under national brands and private labels
- Develop and grow Olymel’s position in Private Label and HMR categories
- Build, maintain, and strengthen customer relationships to align on joint strategies
- Establish and execute business and commercial plans (volume, profitability, promotions) and track performance monthly
- Drive category and product performance for each client based on strategic objectives
- Analyze market data (Nielsen, Circana) to identify business opportunities
- Monitor client budgets and ensure alignment with financial targets
- Prepare quotations and perform necessary financial analyses
- Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews and implement action plans to optimize performance
- Ensure customer commitments are met in collaboration with Sales Strategy, Trade Marketing, and internal teams
- Maintain strong internal communication to support day-to-day operations
- Coordinate and support the launch of new products across categories
Your assets for this position:
- Education: Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in key account management or sales with demonstrated success
- Skills: Strong communication, strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and accountability for results; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI; knowledge of Nielsen and Circana; excellent interpersonal skills; fluency in English
