About the role

About the Company

Partnerships are becoming one of the most important drivers of go-to-market success, contributing 30–50% of revenue for many modern companies. However, most partner teams still rely on spreadsheets, email chains, and outdated CRMs that were not designed for partnership management — resulting in inefficiencies, lost deals, and slower growth. The company has developed an AI-native PRM built specifically for modern partnership teams, designed to replace manual work, reduce partner friction, and transform partner activity into scalable revenue and measurable ROI. Its mission is to make partner revenue predictable and scalable. The company achieved 600% YoY growth in 2025 and works with industry leaders such as Anthropic, Starlink, Gong, and BambooHR. The organization operates with speed, intentionality, and a strong focus on delivering real value.

Role Overview

The company is hiring a Director of Marketing to lead the marketing function with a strong balance of strategic thinking, rapid decision-making, and hands-on execution. This is not a role focused solely on strategy presentations or extended alignment cycles. The ideal candidate is someone who can develop hypotheses, run experiments, analyze data, and iterate quickly. Reporting directly to the CEO, this person will own the marketing function end-to-end with a clear objective of driving revenue growth through demand generation and inbound pipeline creation.

The company already has meaningful assets and traction in place, including: An active newsletter A growing podcast Strong founder-led thought leadership A rising G2 presence Event sponsorships Engaged partner communities

The expectation is for this leader to evaluate what is currently working, prioritize the highest-impact opportunities, and expand into new growth initiatives. Simply maintaining the current programs without evolution would not be considered success. This role will also work closely with a Product Marketing hire joining around the same time, who will report into the Director of Marketing and focus on product messaging, case studies, and sales enablement materials.

What You’ll Own

Demand generation strategy and execution across content, email, social media, and paid channels LinkedIn strategy and distribution as a primary inbound acquisition channel Newsletter, podcast, blog, YouTube, and G2 growth programs Event sponsorships and partnership community engagement Website messaging, copywriting, and landing page optimization Core positioning and messaging developed closely with the CEO Marketing metrics directly tied to MQLs, SQLs, pipeline generation, and revenue impact

The company is looking for someone who can identify the most valuable growth opportunities, prioritize effectively, and place strategic bets that drive measurable business outcomes.

What They’re Looking For

5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including at least 2 years leading or owning a marketing function Strong demand generation background with a proven track record of generating qualified pipeline and measurable revenue impact rather than focusing solely on brand awareness Comfortable owning revenue targets and being held accountable to performance metrics Experience or familiarity with partner marketing or partnerships-led growth models; understanding this space is considered a significant advantage Highly execution-oriented with the ability to build channels and programs from the ground up rather than relying on predefined templates Strong critical thinking skills and sound judgment regarding which initiatives are worth investing in Exceptional writing and communication skills with the ability to translate complex product capabilities into compelling narratives for target buyers Senior enough to lead and manage a team while remaining hands-on and execution-focused during the early stages of team growth Portfolio required, including examples of content, campaigns, or programs previously built or scaled

What Will Not Work

Producing strategy documents without translating them into execution Overreliance on AI-generated frameworks without applying real marketing judgment Waiting for perfect information before testing and iterating Measuring success through activity output rather than business outcomes

Nice to Have

Experience within PRM, CRM, or partner-led growth platforms Familiarity with HubSpot and marketing operations workflows Experience managing, mentoring, or developing junior marketing team members

Why Join

Opportunity to join a marketing function that already has strong traction and momentum in place, with the ability to optimize and scale rather than starting from zero Direct collaboration with the CEO, helping shape how the product is positioned and perceived in the market Partnership with a dedicated Product Marketing team member responsible for messaging and enablement, allowing stronger focus on growth strategy and execution Environment focused on building systems and playbooks rather than inheriting rigid structures

The company achieved 600% growth last year with minimal formal marketing infrastructure and is already positioned for continued rapid growth. This role offers the opportunity to significantly influence both the company’s trajectory and personal career growth over the next 12 months. The foundation and momentum already exist. The company is looking for someone who can recognize the opportunity and know exactly how to accelerate it further. If this aligns with your background and ambitions, the team would be excited to connect.
