Position Overview: Join our team as aService Coordinatorand play an important role in keeping our fleet running safely and efficiently. In this fast-paced position, you will work closely with Fleet Maintenance, Operations, and service partners to coordinate preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs. Location: Moncton, NB
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate daily with the Fleet Maintenance and Operations teams to schedule equipment preventative maintenance (PM).

  • Monitor Requests for Repair (ROR) and ensure items are addressed and communicated back to the OSP group.

  • Participate in a regular rotation with the Operations team to complete daily internal and external reporting processes.

  • Coordinate the scheduling of preventative maintenance and inspections with shop teams and operations.

  • Manage scheduling of major repairs, including Motor Vehicle Inspections (MVI).

  • Communicate regularly with Fleet Sublet personnel to coordinate external repairs and service needs.

  • Utilize daily PM and MVI reports to track equipment status and ensure service timelines are maintained.

  • Ensure accurate and timely communication with all stakeholders regarding maintenance scheduling and equipment availability.

  • Support additional operational or administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Experience in truck and trailer maintenance and/or operations considered an asset.
  • Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across multiple departments.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
