Position Overview: Join our team as aService Coordinatorand play an important role in keeping our fleet running safely and efficiently. In this fast-paced position, you will work closely with Fleet Maintenance, Operations, and service partners to coordinate preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs. Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm
Responsibilities

Collaborate daily with the Fleet Maintenance and Operations teams to schedule equipment preventative maintenance (PM).

Monitor Requests for Repair (ROR) and ensure items are addressed and communicated back to the OSP group.

Participate in a regular rotation with the Operations team to complete daily internal and external reporting processes.

Coordinate the scheduling of preventative maintenance and inspections with shop teams and operations.

Manage scheduling of major repairs, including Motor Vehicle Inspections (MVI).

Communicate regularly with Fleet Sublet personnel to coordinate external repairs and service needs.

Utilize daily PM and MVI reports to track equipment status and ensure service timelines are maintained.

Ensure accurate and timely communication with all stakeholders regarding maintenance scheduling and equipment availability.

Support additional operational or administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Experience in truck and trailer maintenance and/or operations considered an asset.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Ability to build strong working relationships across multiple departments.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
