About the role

We are seeking a senior law clerk to join our busy and growing practice, with experience in real estate, corporate, and commercial transactions.

This is a role suited for a confident, organized, and self-directed professional who is comfortable managing files independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, thoughtful, steady, and careful in their approach, with a strong sense of ownership over their work. This person takes initiative, values accuracy, and takes pride in producing high-quality results while staying organized under pressure and helping ensure transactions are completed on time.

Role & Expectations In this role, you will take the lead on a variety of transactional matters, including: Managing commercial corporate, financing and/or real estate transactions from start to post-closing Drafting and reviewing searches and legal documents with strong attention to detail Managing multiple active files and priorities with competing deadlines Coordinating closings and communicating with clients, lenders, brokers, and opposing counsel Identifying potential issues early and positively contribute to ensure smooth, efficient transactions Maintaining well-organized and accurate electronic and physical file systems Docketing, billing and reporting files to clients

What We’re Looking For Minimum 5+ years of experience as a law clerk in real estate and corporate/commercial law Solid understanding of transactional workflows and closing processes Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, reliable work Comfortable working independently while also being a supportive team member Good communication skills and professional judgment Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment

Compensation Salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience, generally in the range of $60,000 – $85,000 annually, plus benefits. Final compensation will reflect the candidate’s level of experience, depth of transactional expertise, and ability to work independently in a senior role.
