Post Secondary Education in Office or Business Administration an asset

Experience with Sage 300
Job Duties:

Assist with day-to-day operational office functions including but not limited to invoicing, bill payment, payroll, reception, inventory, contract administration, preparing estimates, work orders, tracking, reporting.

Liaise with accounting, HR & and safety staff.

Other duties as assigned.
