**Location:**Brandon, MB

**Start:**ASAP

**Wage:**Based on Experience

**Hours of Work:**Full-time

Skills & Abilities:

Experience & Education:

  • Experience in Construction industry

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Post Secondary Education in Office or Business Administration an asset

  • Microsoft Office

  • Accounting

  • Experience with Sage 300

Job Duties:

  • Assist with day-to-day operational office functions including but not limited to invoicing, bill payment, payroll, reception, inventory, contract administration, preparing estimates, work orders, tracking, reporting.

  • Liaise with accounting, HR & and safety staff.

  • Other duties as assigned.
