There may be infrequent visits to the Voisey's Bay Mine site required.

As an Incentive Analyst, you will be required to support the calculation and processing of mines incentive employee earnings to minimize the impacts to employee pay. Additionally, you will support the execution and implementation of the new mines incentive processing system including development of the training material and the delivery of the training to Operations. This role will play a pivotal part in driving productivity improvements through strategic metric analysis. As Voisey’s Bay transitions from a project-based to an operations-based incentive model—an approach that has yet to be developed—this position will serve as the central force guiding and implementing that transformation.

Additionally, in this position you will:

  • Perform monthly incentive calculations and refine system components to boost operational efficiency.

  • Provide detailed productivity analysis and generate reports by mine, activity, supervisor area, and employee.
  • Track key metrics (such as absenteeism) to support leadership decisions and encourage desired behaviors.
  • Process invoices for payment into the SAP system and maintain invoice filing system.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support HR Payroll system transitions and assist with budgeting by consolidating data and monitoring spend.
  • Lead special projects independently with minimal guidance.

Skills:

  • Self-starter with ability to drive processes efficiently and meet fixed deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and willing to learn new software/Vale interfaces.
  • Able to work cross-functionally, providing reliable and repeatable results.

What We Offer You

  • Competitive compensation including a variable annual incentive plan
  • Flexible work arrangements
  • Work culture dedicated to safety, diversity & inclusion, and career growth
  • Online training and career development opportunities
  • Opportunities to build your network and lots of fun!
  • All Personal Protective Equipment is provided upon hire. Employees are given a safety boot allowance and receive a 100% reimbursement for prescription safety glasses
