About the role

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring aBusiness Performance Specialiston a permanent basis on our Home and Building Solutions (HABS) team. This position is ahybridopportunity and is based inSaskatoon, SK. We are open to candidates located across Western Canada to work on a remote basis.

Drive impactful, data powered decision-making‑ as the Business Performance Specialist for our HABS team. In this role, you’ll build smart reporting tools, streamline processes, and deliver insights that boost operational performance and revenue growth. What you’ll do:

  • Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards that deliver accurate, timely insights to support retail and wholesale decision ‑ making.
  • Align KPIs with business objectives by defining key metrics, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement through data ‑ driven analysis.
  • Analyze financial and operational data, including EBITDA and rebates, to support budgeting and provide insights that strengthen overall performance.
  • Identify process and system inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and implement approved solutions to streamline operations and enhance integration.
  • Collaborate with cross ‑ functional teams and vendors to support projects, gather requirements, lead testing and solutioning, and communicate clear status updates to stakeholders.
  • Support training and change management by developing user materials and helping teams adopt new systems, processes, and tools effectively.

Who you’ll work with: **The Team:**You will provide analysis, recommendations, and post-implementation support HABS management and report into the Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement. This team strives to cultivate a culture of accuracy, collaboration, transparency, and empowerment.

**The Customers:**You will demonstrate customer focus while supporting local Co-op home centres.

Who you are: You are looking for a career in Business Strategy and Insights and :

  • Have 3 - 6 years of related industry experience or experience with business analysis or implementation. Project Management, continuous improvement and technology experience would be an asset. An understanding of the CRS would also be an asset.
  • Have a University Degree in Commerce, Computer Science, or related fields (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
  • Have strong familiarity with MS Office Suite.
