Now we’re looking for a produce professional with a keen eye for quality, creativity in merchandising, and strong leadership skills to join our Dundas location team.
What you’ll do
- Lead and oversee all daily operations within the produce department
- Ensure product freshness, rotation, and exceptional presentation at all times
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships efficiently
- Supervise, train, and support team members to deliver top-tier service
- Maintain department cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards
- Collaborate with store management to achieve department goals and reduce waste
What we’re looking for
- 2–3 years of experience in produce or grocery department management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with a hands-on approach
- Excellent product knowledge and a commitment to freshness and quality
- Proven ability to manage stock levels, margins, and shrink effectively
- Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- A passion for food, teamwork, and community
