Who you are
- 12+ years of Full Stack Development (expertise in end-end enterprise grade application development, maintenance, & deployment covering all platform and UI/UX aspects)
- Proficient in modern UI frameworks such as Angular, React, Vue with strong JavaScript development skills
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the developer productivity (Usage of Open AI, Windsurf, Cursor etc.)
- Exposure to or hands-on experience with GenAI solutions, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Large Language Models (LLMs), or Agentic AI systems
- Experience working across multiple technology stacks, including:
- Messaging Systems: Kafka, Dell Boomi
- Monitoring Tools: Splunk, Catchpoint
- Web Infrastructure: API Gateways, CDNs
- Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS
- Advanced knowledge of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and software performance tuning
- Advanced experience working with relational databases including development, troubleshooting and performance optimization
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects with material technical risk across teams and processes; may serve as a functional lead or technical owner
- Experience in end-end Custom Application development on ServiceNow platform is a plus
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy and ownership, acting as a force multiplier by identifying and solving ambiguous customer problems
- High-quality organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to strongly influence solution decisions without authority
- Strong communication skills with the ability to showcase merits of technical solutions with clarity to stakeholders and leadership

- We sit within the Connected Customer Experience (CCx) org and own the full breadth of AI powered Learning platforms building delightful personalized customer experiences
- This role exists because our team is growing to support the increasing scope of our next generation of learning platforms — building scalable, AI native learning experiences across ServiceNow University for customer and employee enablement

- Own design and implementation through test automation — on high-quality, clean, and scalable applications built on the ServiceNow AI Platform within the Connected Customer Experience (CCX) organization
- Develop across the full stack of modern web technologies including JavaScript, React, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, SQL, and AI-integrated products
- Drive AI-powered learning experiences by contributing to the integration of next-generation features such as RAG-informed learning tools and LLM-supported user experiences across ServiceNow University, employee learning, and sales enablement platforms
- Contribute to scalable architectural decisions that support the long-term growth of our learning platforms, ensuring systems are built to evolve with the organization's expanding vision
- Accelerate delivery by operating as a force multiplier within a dedicated workstream — identifying and solving ambiguous problems with autonomy, and helping the broader team meet key release milestones
- Collaborate with CCX Product Owners, Solution Architects, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions that delight customers and end users
- Lead and inspire fellow engineers through design thinking, prototyping, and a culture of innovation — helping the team find smarter, faster ways to build
- Champion engineering excellence within a Scrum-based Agile environment, holding a high bar for reusability, componentization, and performance
- Communicate technical merit clearly to both engineering peers and non-technical stakeholders, influencing solution decisions and strategic roadmaps without relying on formal authority
