Marcon is a leader in the development of multifamily projects in the Lower Mainland. We are expanding our team to support our growing portfolio of development projects in the Metro Vancouver area. We are looking for a visionary creative leader with a passion for design, storytelling, and brand building that delivers tangible business outcomes. Based in our Vancouver Office This role will drive the evolution of Marcon’s visual identity and creative expression, shaping how our projects and partnerships connect with communities.

About The Role As Creative Director, you’ll be the visionary architect behind Marcon’s brand narrative, creative identity, and experiential touchpoints. Your leadership will shape how our developments, communications, and partnerships engage with communities, customers, clients, and collaborators—elevating Marcon’s design-led storytelling across print, digital, spatial, and environmental media.
Brand & Creative Strategy
- Lead the evolution of Marcon’s brand identity and ensure design consistency across all platforms.
- Translate company mission, vision, purpose and values—teamwork, excellence, passion, and integrity—into visual and verbal storytelling.
- Partner with leadership to align creative direction with business growth and cultural positioning.
- Ensure all creative outputs maintain a cohesive visual language that reflects Marcon’s design standards across all mediums.
- Shape the vision for immersive experiences, activations, and cultural initiatives (e.g., Pavilion activations, retail partnerships, public art).
Project Marketing & Campaigns
- Work with Marketing team to bridge project marketing & sales strategy with creative strategy and campaigns
- Oversee creative direction for new development launches, including branding, naming, advertising, collateral, and digital assets.
- Provide art direction across all visual assets (photography, renderings, film, digital, print, and environmental graphics).
- Work with Interior Design and Marketing teams to support design of sales galleries, model homes, and other environments to reflect Marcon’s brand.
- Ensure campaigns support lead generation, customer engagement, and market positioning.
- Direct internal team and external creative agencies, collaborators, and production partners to deliver exceptional work.
Content & Storytelling
- Drive creative content across photo, video, digital, and print to showcase projects, people, and community impact.
- Direct photography, film, and digital content shoots to capture Marcon’s projects, people, and partnerships with a distinctive visual style
- Define mood boards, look & feel, and style guides that elevate brand expression across all media.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Build, mentor, and inspire an in-house creative team of designers
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver excellence at scale.
- Act as liaison for creative matters across internal teams (Development, Marketing, Sales, Interior Design) and external partners.
- Collaborate with internal senior leaders in developing corporate presentation or external pitch decks as needed
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design , Fine Arts , Marketing or a related field.
- A strategic creative leader with 10+ years of experience in brand or creative direction—preferably within real estate, architecture, cultural programming, or integrated marketing.
- A visionary with a strong foundation in art direction—able to set the look, feel, and tone of campaigns, content, and environments.
- Passionately design-driven, with a sharp eye for modern , high-quality aesthetics—able to translate architectural and environmental contexts into compelling visual narratives.
- Adept at shaping and unifying brand identity across mediums—from digital and print to immersive public and spatial experiences.
- Collaborative and adaptive, comfortable working with multi-disciplinary teams and external partners.
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and project management skills—able to build consensus and elevate creative standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, bridging creative vision and strategic objectives.

Our competitive compensation package has been designed to reward our employees’ skills, competencies and performance that align with our culture. The compensation range for this role is $160,000 to $190,000 annually, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
