This is your chance to play a key operational role in a dynamic, people‑centered office that supports impactful environmental and infrastructure work across British Columbia. In this role, you’ll help keep our Vancouver team connected, organized, supported, and ready to deliver exceptional work for our clients and communities.
Your Impact In this role, you will:
- Support the smooth daily operations of the Vancouver office, helping create an organized, welcoming, and productive workplace for employees and visitors
- Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and events by preparing materials, supporting logistics, preparing presentations, and ensuring strong follow‑through on action items.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, responding to inquiries with clarity, care, and a solution‑focused mindset.
- Maintain digital and physical information systems, including file organization, SharePoint updates, data entry, and document retrieval to support efficient workflows.
- Support onboarding activities to help new employees integrate seamlessly into the Earth & Environment business line.
- Troubleshoot basic office and meeting‑room technology issues and coordinate with IT when needed to keep employees productive.
- Manage supplies, PPE, business cards, catering, and other operational needs to support teams in the field and office.
- Coordinate travel and expense submissions to ensure efficient planning and compliance with corporate processes.
- Collaborate closely with Business Support colleagues in BC and Yukon, contributing to shared projects and continuous improvement efforts.

- You bring 2+ years of administrative or coordination experience, preferably in a professional services or technical consulting setting.
- You’re confident with Office 365 tools such as Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneDrive, and SharePoint — and enjoy learning new technology.
- You excel at staying organized, prioritizing tasks, and keeping others informed to support deadlines and team commitments.
- You approach challenges with curiosity and initiative — identifying solutions, offering ideas, and supporting continuous improvement.
- You bring a warm, collaborative mindset and enjoy contributing to a positive workplace culture.
- You demonstrate adaptability, professionalism, and care in working with colleagues, clients, and partners.
- Post‑secondary education in administration or a related field is an asset. A valid driver’s licence is also considered an asset.

Compensation
- AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $50,500 – $66,800
- MB & ON: $46,000 – $63,400
- NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $45,600 – $60,500
