Contract Details Position Type: Contract Contract Duration: 13 months (with potential for extension) Pay Rate: C$90.00–C$100.00 / Hour (CAD) Shift / Schedule: 37.5 hours/week, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Job Summary The Senior Program Manager will lead the planning, management, and execution of a strategic website migration program within a leading Canadian private wealth management business. This individual will be responsible for driving the migration of approximately 1,000 advisor websites to a new CMS platform, coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring successful delivery within aggressive timelines.
The successful candidate will create and maintain detailed project plans, manage risks and dependencies, facilitate communications across business and technology teams, and ensure alignment between the client and vendor delivery schedules. They will act as the central point of coordination across various stakeholder groups including marketing, advisor enablement, training, change management, technology, and external vendors.
This role requires a highly experienced Program Manager who can operate both strategically and tactically while demonstrating strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and digital project delivery expertise. Experience within financial services, wealth management, website migrations, or CMS implementations is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, management, and execution of a large-scale migration project involving approximately 1,000 advisor websites from an existing CMS platform to a new Client Advisor Website CMS platform Drive project planning, timeline development, vendor management, stakeholder engagement, onboarding coordination, change management alignment, risk management, communications, and quality assurance Create and maintain detailed project plans and manage risks and dependencies Facilitate communications across business and technology teams and ensure alignment between the client and vendor delivery schedules Act as the central point of coordination across various stakeholder groups including marketing, advisor enablement, training, change management, technology, and external vendors Work closely with the Executive Director and Digital team members, external vendor project teams, marketing stakeholders, change management teams, training and advisor enablement teams, technology and infrastructure partners, and compliance and governance partners as required
Required Skills 10 years of Program/Project Management experience Experience leading large-scale digital transformation, website migration, or CMS migration projects Advanced proficiency with MS Project and creation of highly detailed project plans Strong vendor management experience Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills Experience coordinating multiple cross-functional teams and dependencies Ability to manage complex programs with aggressive timelines Experience within financial services, wealth management, banking, or related regulated industries Strong communication, governance, risk, and status reporting capabilities Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills Strong collaboration and teamwork Ability to navigate complex organizations and multiple stakeholders Proactive problem-solving mindset High accountability and ownership Strong verbal and written communication skills Adaptable and comfortable working through ambiguity Diplomatic and able to drive consensus across teams and vendors Results-oriented with strong attention to detail
Preferred Skills Private Wealth Management or Investment Advisory industry experience Marketing or digital platform implementation experience CMS platform migration experience (AEM, Sitecore, Contentful, etc.) Change Management and Training coordination exposure PMP certification Experience working with advisor-facing digital products or self-service website platforms
Required Experience Minimum 10 years of Program/Project Management experience Demonstrated experience leading large-scale digital transformation, website migration, or CMS migration projects Background in financial services, wealth management, banking, or a related regulated industry
