Fix Auto Dartmouth is seeking a Collision Estimator to join our team!

As a Collision Estimator with Fix Auto Dartmouth, you will play a crucial role in our auto repair operations. Your duties will involve evaluating vehicle damage, providing accurate repair cost estimates, and engaging with customers and insurance companies to streamline the repair process. Be the bridge between repair requirements and our technicians, ensuring clear communication, teamwork, and flawless repairs. If you are a detail-oriented professional with expertise in auto collision estimation, this role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to our team's success and play a key role in ensuring the prompt and effective repair of vehicles.

Qualifications

  • Collision experience is an asset
  • Knowledge of estimating programs (Mitchell iCloud and/or Audatex)
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Excel
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make the necessary decisions
  • Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skills are essential
  • Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines
  • Attention to detail in all areas of work

Responsibilities

  • Ability to write collision repair estimates
  • Provide excellent customer service through multiple streams of communication
  • Work cohesively with insurance companies
  • Work cohesively with the Collision team to ensure proper work flow
  • General filing
  • Ensure safety policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned
