Job Summary:
The CNC Machine Technician is responsible for programming, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery used in the production of custom cabinetry and millwork components. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate, efficient, and high-quality output from our fabrication process.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain CNC routers
Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and other files to ensure accurate cutting
Prepare materials, load programs, and oversee machine setup and calibration
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to optimize performance and precision
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to ensure equipment runs smoothly
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as they arise
Collaborate with designers, engineers, and shop team members to meet project specs and timelines
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in compliance with company safety standards
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience operating CNC machinery in a wood shop or similar setting
Strong understanding of machine programming and tooling
Familiarity with wood species, panel materials, and millwork construction methods
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Mechanically inclined and comfortable performing basic machine maintenance
Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in custom cabinetry or architectural millwork production
Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices or production optimization

Our team is growing, and we are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Machine Supervisor to lead our machining department.
Job Summary:
As the Machine Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the machine area, ensuring machines are running smoothly and that your team is well-coordinated and productive. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires experience with CNC equipment, woodworking machinery, and finishing equipment, as well as the ability to coach, support, and troubleshoot.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate a team of machine operators to meet production goals
Operate and maintain CNC routers, edge banders, and sanding equipment
Provide training and ongoing support to machine operators
Troubleshoot machinery issues and escalate to maintenance when necessary
Monitor product quality and ensure all work meets internal standards
Work closely with production management to maintain workflow and efficiency
Assist in managing material usage and minimizing waste
Promote and enforce safety protocols and a clean work environment
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in cabinet manufacturing or a related field
Strong technical knowledge of woodworking machines and production processes
Leadership experience or strong potential to manage a team

Job Summary:
As a Senior Cabinet Finisher, you will be responsible for performing all aspects of the finishing process, including prep, stain, spray, and final inspection. You will work closely with the Finishing Supervisor to ensure consistency, troubleshoot issues, and support junior team members when needed. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft and has a strong understanding of cabinet finishing techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform all stages of the cabinet finishing process, including sanding, staining, sealing, and top coating
Mix and match stains or paints to achieve specified colors and sheens
Operate spray equipment and maintain proper spray techniques
Inspect components and finished products for quality, consistency, and smoothness
Identify and resolve finishing defects or quality concerns
Assist in training or guiding junior finishers and preppers
Maintain clean and organized workspaces and equipment
Collaborate with the finishing team to meet production deadlines
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of cabinet or wood finishing experience
Strong knowledge of finishing products, tools, and techniques
Skilled in stain matching, spray finishing, and surface preparation
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve common finishing problems (e.g., blotching, runs, orange peel)
Familiar with both water-based and solvent-based products
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a custom cabinetry or millwork shop
Knowledge of Kremlin or similar spray systems
Familiarity with high-production finishing equipment like Venjakob lines
Comfort training or mentoring less experienced team members
