Your Role as Applications & Data Lead:

Setting the direction by developing and evolving JLR’s enterprise applications and data strategy, governance framework, and roadmap aligned with organizational goals.

Ensuring trust and compliance through strong data governance, enterprise architecture planning, and oversight of regulatory and industry requirements.

Leading operations by overseeing enterprise applications and data platforms, including lifecycle management, data pipelines, quality, performance, and reliability.

Partnering across the business as a subject matter expert, working closely with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and JLR leaders to align priorities.

Building capability and culture by mentoring JLR team members, managing vendors, and championing a data‑driven mindset across the organization.
