About the role
As part of Diabsolut's continued growth, we are excited to expand our Pre-Sales team with a Solutions Consultant position reporting directly to the Director of Solution Engineering. This fully remote role is open to candidates across the United Kingdom (preferred) or anywhere in Europe. The Solutions Consultant plays a critical role in partnering with our Sales and Delivery team to drive revenue growth by crafting and presenting compelling Certinia solution proposals that address client needs.
This position blends technical expertise, business acumen, and sales strategy to articulate the value of our offerings, accelerate deal cycles, and differentiate Diabsolut in the marketplace.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead solution discovery workshops with prospective clients to uncover business challenges, technical requirements, and success criteria, aligning proposed solutions to their objectives.
- Scope out and design tailored Certinia and Salesforce solutions, including Time Management, Resource Management, Services Estimation, Skills Management, Project Management, Accounting, and Quote-to-Cash processes, that address client-specific business needs and demonstrate the value of our offerings.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to strategize on account plans, identify opportunities, and develop win themes for pursuits.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations that clearly convey complex technical capabilities to non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, ensuring alignment with client requirements and positioning Diabsolut as the partner of choice.
- Stay abreast of Certinia and Salesforce platform updates to ensure accurate, up-to-date solution designs and positioning.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, positioning yourself as an expert in Certinia PS Cloud, FM Cloud, CS Cloud, and the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, while identifying opportunities for future value realization.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Delivery teams to maintain relevant solution assets, demos, and thought leadership content.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Engineering, or Post-Sales Solutions Consulting or Delivery for Certinia PS Cloud and/or FM Cloud (formerly known as FinancialForce) or similar tools such as Kantata, NetSuite OpenAir, etc.
- Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud (CRM) applications, with a strong understanding of their positioning in mid-market and enterprise environments.
- Proven experience delivering client-facing demos, workshops, and technical presentations that win over business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, and the ability to position how technology solutions streamline and optimize these processes.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex solutions into business value narratives.
- Experience collaborating closely with Sales teams on deal strategy and sales cycles.
Preferred Requirements :
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder) are highly desirable
- Background in Professional Services a plus
