Could you be the full-time Control Engineering Domain Leader in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville we’re looking for?
Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in control engineering in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and forward-thinking team of professionals.
You'll play a pivotal role in managing resources and leading the technical execution of control architecture specification, development, and validation within the rolling stock scope. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including vehicle engineering, software development, and testing teams), ensure compliance with processes and methodologies, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of overseeing sub-system functional integration and vehicle and sub-system software specification, but also lead verification and testing activities.
We’ll look to you for:
- Maintaining team capacity within ±10% of the projected workload
- Ensuring adequate staffing and skill alignment for project needs
- Ensuring effective application of tools and standard processes
- Guaranteeing zero missing Return on Experience (REX) between projects
- Deploying and applying domain-specific processes, methodologies, and tools
- Supporting the development of competencies and technical leadership within the team

- Degree in Electrical, Computer, or Control Engineering
- Experience or understanding of control systems, ideally within railway or industrial applications
- Knowledge of functional architecture descriptions, FMEA, and interface control documents
- Familiarity with embedded software development and verification
- A certification in railway systems, automation, or embedded software
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Ability to monitor and apply evolving standards and regulations
- Bilingual French & English. Knowledge of a language other than French is an asset when dealing with our international partners, suppliers, colleagues and customers. In Quebec, French remains the main working language of our company.
