Due to our continued growth and expansion, Produce Express is seeking multiple sales professionals to support existing business and drive new customer acquisition throughout Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga, the GTA, and the Niagara Region.
Ideal Candidate We're looking for growth-oriented, focused sales professionals who enjoy building relationships, developing new business opportunities, and creating long-term customer partnerships. The successful candidate will be driven, competitive, customer-focused, and motivated by achieving results.
What You'll Be Doing Drive New Business Growth – Develop new customer relationships, expand market share, and secure new foodservice accounts. Build Relationships – Cultivate long-term customer partnerships. Grow Existing Accounts – Increase sales and strengthen customer loyalty. Drive Results – Achieve sales objectives and territory growth goals. Profitability Focus – Maintain healthy margins while growing the business. Collaborate with the Team – Work closely with internal departments to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
What We're Looking For 2+ years of produce, food service, or related sales experience (preferred) Proven track record of acquiring new business and growing existing accounts Strong communication and consultative selling skills Comfortable with Microsoft Office and ERP systems Self-motivated and highly organized Positive attitude and strong work ethic Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
