Position Overview:

Compugen is seeking a Full Stack Developer for an initial 6 month contract working remotely. Candidate must currently reside within Canada and be available to work PST.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide the following services on an as-needed basis to support the agile delivery of the secure file transfer service (SFTS) minimum viable product (MVP) throughout the Term:

• • • • provide senior full-stack development services to the SFTS team, working on both the front-end and back-end development using modern technology stacks, platforms and tools suited for a containerized and virtualized application development. This includes:
      • designing, creating, customizing, integrating, configuring, testing, implementing, or otherwise developing features and functionality that contribute to the SFTS MVP
      • performing database management including data modelling, querying, optimization, and maintenance, to improve data integrity, scalability and performance;
      • developing, testing, and maintaining build system, CI/CD frameworks, and tools that support both virtual and container technology and maintaining high-resiliency and high-availability of the applications and services;
      • developing processes to build and perform automated tests, package, deploy, and promote cloud-ready applications and services; and
      • software testing and test automation;
      • ensure the SFTS MVP meets robust authentication business processes by configuring and integrating a centralized point of entry that grants users the ability to be authenticated via different identity providers;
      • perform code reviews and data model analysis to ensure quality that meets or exceeds the client’s applicable standards
• The Contractor, through its Resources, will be required to provide the following services on an as-needed basis to support the agile delivery of the secure file transfer service (SFTS) minimum viable product (MVP) throughout the Term:

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of experience (within the last 10 years) in full stack development
• Strong proficiency with:
  • React
  • Node.js
  • Springboot
  • Redis
  • PostgreSQL
  • GitHub
  • JIRA

Experience with:

• CI/CD pipelines

• Container platforms (OpenShift, Docker)

• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)

• Authentication protocols (OIDC, OAuth 2.0)

• Secure coding practices

• Agile ceremonies and team collaboration
