We are looking for experienced hospitality professionals who take the craft seriously, hold themselves to a high standard, and are committed to the ongoing work it takes to remain on the world's best bar lists year over year.

What to bring to your interview:

Requirements:

• Valid Smart Serve certification
• Intermediate proficiency with OpenTable
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in high-volume restaurants, cocktail bars, or bottle service
• Able to stand for 8-hour shifts and lift 40 lbs
• Minimum 3-4 days of availability per week, including weekends
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Willing to participate in industry events and Toronto industry education sessions
• Personal commitment to ongoing self-directed learning in spirits, cocktails, service, and personal development on your own time as part of the role

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve food and craft cocktails in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Deliver outstanding guest service with every interaction
• Work effectively in a loud, high-volume setting
• Collaborate with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service
• Keep your section clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Know the food and cocktail menus thoroughly and make confident recommendations
• Upsell strategically to maximize guest check averages

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in high-volume restaurants or cocktail bars
• Genuine passion for hospitality and a clear commitment to personal development
• Goal-oriented with a long-term view of your career in the industry
• Demonstrated ability to hold and uphold high standards in service, product, and presentation
• Strong team player who contributes to a collaborative, high-performance environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
• Flexible availability across evenings, weekends, and holidays

Compensation: Tips distributed weekly, hourly pay, 4% vacation paid each paycheque, staff discount in the hall on food. Industry events, and education.
