The Opportunity
The Adara Hotel is seeking a dedicated and service-focused Night Shift Front Desk Agent to join our boutique team in the heart of Whistler Village. As the friendly face of the hotel during overnight hours, you’ll play a key role in ensuring guests have a safe, comfortable, and seamless experience. If you’re a night owl with a passion for hospitality and a calm, capable presence, this could be the perfect fit.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in front desk, hospitality, or customer service
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized during quiet overnight periods
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
  • Professional, calm, and confident under pressure
  • Comfortable working night shifts and managing late-night requests
  • Experience with a Property Management System (knowledge of MEWS is an asset)

Your Days Will Look Like

  • Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, ensuring smooth guest arrivals and departures
  • Provide warm, professional service and anticipate guest needs to create memorable stays
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, phone calls, and reservations accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare room keys, reports, and arrival details for the morning shift to ensure seamless transitions
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby area
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and any overnight concerns
  • Uphold safety and security standards for the comfort and well-being of all guests and staff
