About The Role We’re looking for a collaborative and strategic leader to join our team as a Scrum Master. In this role, you will lead our software development teams through a critical transformation from traditional Waterfall to Agile methodologies. You’ll be instrumental in coaching teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and embedding an Agile mindset across the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to shape delivery practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives) and workshops to align teams, stakeholders, and business priorities.
  • Lead sprint delivery management including planning, scope, capacity, and risk alignment.
  • Act as a servant leader to unblock teams, resolve dependencies, and improve delivery flow.
  • Provide coaching to teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, practices, and mindsets.
  • Champion continuous improvement using data-driven insights and Agile retrospectives.
  • Lead release planning, estimation, and strategic roadmap alignment across teams.
  • Communicate delivery status, risks, and performance through reporting tools and dashboards.
  • Foster a collaborative, self-organizing team culture that promotes accountability and shared ownership.
  • Drive adoption of Agile frameworks and practices, tailoring approaches to team maturity levels.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
  • Demonstrated experience transitioning teams from Waterfall to Agile delivery models.
  • Proficient in Agile ceremonies and delivery management practices.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with professional-level communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills to work across technical and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • College/University degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) framework is a plus.
  • Experience mentoring teams with limited Agile exposure.
  • Ability to foster open communication and resolve team conflicts.
  • Adept at using Agile metrics and tools to drive efficiency and alignment.

Current Location : Mississauga. Our Mississauga office will move to 1 Adelaide in Toronto in September 2026

The hiring base salary range for this position is $99,200 to $136,400 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
