- Organize and file digital documents accurately and efficiently
- Operate scanning equipment to digitize documents for electronic storage
- Monitor office supplies and maintain office inventory
- Office organization
Job Requirements
- Strong customer service, problem solving, and written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office

This is a Casual AUPE appointment on the Vermilion campus commencing October 27, 2025 until December 19, 2025.
