ewWe are seeking for an experienced Mechanical/Rotating Equipment Engineer to join the Unconventional Resources (UR) Producing Departmen

t.

The UR Producing Department Operations is responsible to operate all the surface facilities which include the field wells and processing facilities where their role will be to operate the well manifolds, provide field services, maintain the facility and reduce the equipment down time, perform the Preventive Maintenance activities, provide maintenance services in addition of providing all the technical engineering and inspection activiti

wing:• Provide day-to-day technical support to the Operation and Maintenance to troubleshoot and fix Rotating Equipment and mechanical sys

tems.• Develop the engineering designs packages for the new installation and upgrade proj

ects.• Review Project Proposals and Detailed Designs packages for new facili

ties.• Participate on the testing & commissioning of the new facilities and Turnaround and Inspection (T&am

p;I).• Update and maintain engineering documentation and draw

ings.• Analyze system performance and find solution for Energy sa

ving.• Ensure quality, cost effective and timely solutions to any upg

rade.• Test and pilot new technolo

gies.• Ensure full Health, Safety, and Environment Compli

ance.• Report and analyze key performance ind

ices.• Make recommendations for technical/economic optimization of existing facili

Minimum Requir**

  • ementsAs the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university, MS is pref
  • erred.A Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Chartered Engineer (C.Eng.) license or registration will be desirable but is not esse
  • ntial.At least 15 years of work experience including 10 years of experience in the industrial operation facility, Shale gas facility is preferred. Also, has a good knowledge of the Modular skids mounted
  • unit.Must have a working knowledge of industry codes and standards, such as ASME and API, such as API-STD-610 and 617 Must have a working knowledge of industry codes and standards, such as ASME and API, such as API-STD-610 a
  • nd 617You will have experience with creating/modifying PFDs, and P&am
  • p;IDs.You must have experience with troubleshooting and major repair of oil and gas rotating equipment, such as air compressors, pumps and Diesel gener

  • grams.You will conduct failure analysis and provide recommendations for failed rotating equi
