About the role
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our marketing and customer relationship management strategies. You will collaborate with various teams across the organization to assess, implement, and maintain CRM systems while ensuring alignment with company objectives and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Our ideal candidate is a hands-on, analytical individual who is not afraid to get their hands dirty to achieve their data and business system goals. They will need to be a great communicator, as they will work in close collaboration with our Brand, Growth, Marketing Intelligence and IT teams, as well as a variety of internal stakeholders to achieve the company’s objectives.

Job Description As the lead CRM systems analyst, you will serve as the linchpin between our customer relationship management (CRM) systems and marketing strategies, ensuring seamless integration and alignment to drive customer engagement, enhance sales performance, and optimize marketing efforts. Your role will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities, requiring a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong collaboration skills. Here’s how:
- Own the implementation, customization, and ongoing maintenance of our marketing CRM systems, such as HubSpot, ensuring they are finely tuned to not only meet business objectives but also enhance the overall customer experience.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of the current business CRM and integrated systems, identifying opportunities to improve our current processes.
- Collaborate with Campaign Managers and internal stakeholders to leverage CRM data and insights, identify strategic touchpoint opportunities to nurture leads, retain customers, and maximize lifetime value.
- Work closely with Campaign Managers and internal stakeholders to map out the customer journey, identifying touchpoints and opportunities for optimization throughout the sales funnel.
- Maintain and create audience lists using Hubspot and other data sources through automated and manual processes to ensure accurate targeting.
- Support Campaign Managers to ensure workflows are optimized and consistent.
- Create and maintain UTM properties to map conversions to campaigns.
- Develop webhooks to send data to our custom CRM.
- Provide best-practice solutions to integration and automation projects.
- Map data to Hubspot from multiple sources and document the property catalog.
- Develop reports for imported data and campaigns and provide resources for informed decisions.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams to ensure they are proficient in utilizing CRM tools to their fullest potential.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to ensure alignment with Sekure's business needs and campaign requirements.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to document the current state of our marketing CRM in our data universe.
- Lead projects to develop and map data integrations with various vendors and our internal data universe.
- Support our developers and IT team in configuring integration systems to capture and organize customer data effectively.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with various stakeholders across the organization, including Sales, Customer Support, and IT teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Provide support to the Data Privacy Officer in triaging new vendors and plugins.

- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, customize CRM systems through API integration, and collaborate effectively with IT and development teams to implement solutions.
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Proven experience in CRM systems implementation, customization, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make actionable recommendations.
