Currently, we are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician who specializes in Microsoft solutions. As an IT Support Technician at Webhorse Technologies, you will play a critical role in providing technical support for SME offices, enhancing Arctic productivity and competitiveness.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in Microsoft technologies and possess excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving IT issues, providing timely support to ensure minimal downtime for our clients. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of IT strategies, helping our clients leverage the power of technology to drive their businesses forward.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for SME offices, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues Ensure secure and reliable IT systems by implementing cybersecurity controls Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs and develop effective solutions Contribute to the development and implementation of IT strategies Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies and industry trends
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft technologies
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and interpersonal skills Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) are a plus
