The General Manager oversees and leads the exceptional operations of the full property, ensuring that the highest standards of hospitality and service consistently exceed guest expectations. This role is responsible for building and developing a high-performing team, optimizing resources, and fostering seamless collaboration between all departments to create an outstanding guest experience. The General Manager drives operational excellence, maintains budgetary control, and implements best practices to enhance efficiency, quality, and profitability. By upholding Pearle Hospitalities' reputation, they ensure it remains a premier destination for guests, contributing to long-term guest loyalty and business success.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration or Degree/Diploma in hotel/hospitality management considered an asset - WHMIS Certification (training provided)

Experience

6+ years of hospitality management and leadership experience, with a proven track record in upscale and luxury hospitality environments. Proven success in developing senior leadership team members, fostering talent growth, succession planning, and ensuring operational excellence. Proficient with restaurant operations software. Exceptional understanding of food and wine. Extensive understanding of the industry, current market trends, and competitive landscape. Strong background in strategic planning, budgeting, and driving profitability, ensuring long-term success and sustainability.

Problem-Solving: Identify root cause and resolve issues promptly to maintain high service standards by implementing practical solutions Financial Acumen: Understand and assists in managing departmental budgets, including labour and cost control. Guest Focus: Prioritize quality of ingredients and consistency of execution to ensure a high-quality guest experience. Leadership: Is present, inspires trust, ownership, and authenticity among team members.

This position is open to candidates based in Canada. The salary range for this position is $110,000-$150,000 annually. This is the pay range for this position that the company reasonably expects to pay. This position also may be eligible for bonuses. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on several factors, such as experience, location, and education.
