We’re looking for an organized and friendly, full-time, year-round, Events Coordinator to help manage our busy golf event and wedding business. This position is part of a motivated team that collaborates to create experiences worth talking about. The successful candidate shows mastery in organizing, communicating, problem solving, and inspiring connections.

Responsibilities
- Identify potential sales leads, handle incoming sales inquiries, and host site tours
- Develop and enhance relationships with industry partners including golf resellers, destination management companies, and local hotels to increase event leads and revenues
- Assist with social media, marketing plans, and other marketing initiatives
- Ensure events are planned, coordinated, and executed seamlessly with style from start to finish
- Work with the golf and food and beverage teams to deliver exceptional Guest experiences
- Plan and attend tradeshows, networking events and conferences
- Provide general administrative support
- Work cross-functionally with the rest of the Events Team, Director of Golf, and Food & Beverage Managers.
Candidate Profile

2 to 5 years of experience in, and a solid understanding of the event industry

Post-secondary education in business and a background in golf or weddings is an asset

Strong problem solving, decision making and organizational skills

Excellent emotional intelligence and communication skills

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and on evenings/weekends/holidays

Willing to be hands on with the Team as well as complete necessary admin tasks

Agile and able to learn new systems, technology, and processes efficiently
