Work Hours : Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM

The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for driving revenue growth across the Canadian Enterprise market. This individual acts as a trusted advisor to end customers, cultivating relationships with influencers and decision-makers to promote the full portfolio of LG Media Entertainment Solutions , including Information Display, IT and related B2B technologies. Unlike vertical-focused KAMs, this role is a Generalist , covering multiple industries to capture new opportunities and expand LG’s presence across diverse enterprise sectors. The KAM also manages the internal LG processes required to effectively execute the sales cycle and ensure a premium customer experience.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
Sales Quotas & Results :
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prospect and develop new enterprise accounts across multiple verticals.
- Strengthen relationships with existing LG key accounts to drive share of wallet.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and create strategies to win.
- Deliver a 120-day rolling forecast and actionable territory plans.
Account & Market Development :
- Build comprehensive account profiles (key contacts, revenue potential, LG share, competitors).
- Represent LG at key industry events and trade shows across different sectors.
- Leverage LG’s ecosystem of partners to expand reach and win complex projects.
Administration & Process :
- Manage pipeline and sell-through activities in Salesforce.
- Lead regular forecast calls and maintain accurate CRM opportunity data.
- Report competitive landscape and market intelligence to management.
- Manage escalation of account issues across internal LG divisions.
Self-Improvement & Training :
- Maintain expert knowledge of LG products and competitor offerings.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and technology developments through ongoing training and learning.
- Continuously sharpen consultative selling and solution-based sales skills.
- Additional duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES :
- University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of B2B technology sales experience with end-customers
- Prior experience in Digital Signage/AV or IT solutions is a strong asset
