As the Senior Marketing Manager, Email, Nurture and Sales Enablement, you'll play a crucial role in making sure marketing qualified leads are properly handed over to Sales and move swiftly through the funnel for TELUS Health Employer Solutions. As part of the Global Content Marketing & Demand Generation team, you'll support the nurture streams, from email nurtures that leverage marketing automation to sales enablement efforts, that help top-of-funnel prospects become customers. Together, we'll drive demand, increase brand visibility and encourage meaningful engagement with our target audiences.
What you'll do
- Lead Management and Sales Enablement: Support global lead qualification and scoring across North America, EMEA and APAC, and create toolkits, scripts and other materials that enable sales teams to progress inbound web and top-of-funnel leads into sales qualified leads. You’ll also help maintain our repository of assets on platforms such as Highspot
- Campaign Development & Lead Management: Build targeted email nurture campaigns to improve conversion rates while qualifying leads and establishing criteria for sales handoffs
- Email Nurturing strategies
- Email marketing / A/B testing and multivariate testing
- Funnel optimization
- Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align content/demand generation and sales teams while supporting regional marketing teams with lead management and best practices
- End-to-End Process Management: Ensure campaigns are tracked through the complete contact-to-close process from initial engagement to deal closure
- Performance Reporting & Analytics: Generate reports on campaign performance, lead metrics, and qualified leads delivered to regional marketing and sales teams
- Campaign performance tracking and ROI measurement
- Data visualization and reporting
- Strategic Optimization: In partnership with the Paid Campaigns and Martech Leaders, analyze campaign data and develop strategies to enhance funnel efficiency and increase conversion rates
Qualifications
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Hubspot / SFMC / Salesforce)
- Solid understanding of lead scoring and nurturing, including Sales enablement programs and tools (Highspot)
- Advanced understanding of marketing analytics and reporting (Google Spreadsheets, Salesforce)
- Ability to implement compelling email marketing campaigns, including content development, design and optimization
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good communication and presentation skills
Great to haves
- HTML or basic coding experience to troubleshoot emails and automation workflows independently
- Bilingual - English and French
- Experience with digital marketing campaigns (Paid Social, Paid Search)
Salary Range: $90,000-$134,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%
