About the Job
We are looking for a detail-driven Revenue Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you will work closely with our Professional Services organization and other cross-functional teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition, deliver clear insights, and support key business decisions. If you enjoy working with data, collaborating across teams, and making sure the numbers tell the right story, this role is for you.
The Revenue Analyst support our Revenue Accounting team by preparing revenue recognition schedules, performing detailed analysis, and assisting with the billing process. We are looking for a driven professional who thrives on multiple priorities, collaborating across teams, and taking on new challenges. This role reports to the Revenue & Billing Manager, and offers broad exposure across our organization, with opportunities to grow and expand responsibilities over time.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Professional Services organization and other cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition for professional services contracts, in compliance with IFRS 15.
- Accurately record revenue for contracts with multiple performance obligations.
- Prepare schedules to support the month-end revenue accounting cycle.
- Assist the billing team for professional services and perform variance analysis on related revenue.
- Complete monthly and quarterly account reconciliations.
- Coordinate year-end audit deliverables.
- Identify opportunities to improve, standardize, and streamline processes.
- Participate in ad hoc finance projects and initiatives.
Requirements

Experience in accounting processes and order management.

Understanding of bookings, orders, revenue recognition, and forecasting concepts.

3+ years of relevant accounting experience; CPA designation or progress toward CPA is an asset.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

ERP systems experience; systems implementation experience is a plus.

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.

Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, initiative, and accountability.

Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.

Adaptable to the evolving needs of a growing organization.

Strong proficiency in both written and verbal English communication essential for effective correspondence with clients, suppliers, business partners and colleagues beyond the province of Quebec.
