How you’ll make an impact
Use your experience in loan processing and loan administration to ensure the accuracy, compliance and effectiveness of FCC’s lending process. You’ll play a key role in turning complex information into accurate and reliable administrative actions that maintain loan integrity and ensure an optimal customer experience.
As a Loan Fulfillment Technician, you’ll contribute directly to an optimized lending process through various processing activities. Your ability to apply judgment, analyze situations and determine the proper steps – even when applications don’t fall within standard procedure – will help ensure that loan administration is complete, rigorous and compliant.
If you have strong attention to detail, are solutions-focused and motivated by bringing precision, clarity and structure to complex processes while working closely with teams in multiple locations, this role is for you.

Execute various loan processing activities , including security, documentation, amendments , payments and disbursements

Use lending systems (JET, CML, CMS) to ensure data integrity

Monitor and manage the individual worklist to meet service standards

Identify and recommend process improvements
-
Validate applications in accordance with policies , signed documents and provincial legislation
-
Maintain high standards of data quality and integrity within lending systems
-
Support internal partners and respond to inquiries from field offices
Whatyou’llbringto theteam
Required****qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree or certification in administration, business or a related field
Preferred****qualifications:
-
Working knowledge of loan management systems and applications
-
Two years of experience related to lending , mortgages , banking services, credit products , or in the legal field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience ).

Bilingualism (English and French)
